8 oz cream cheese
8 inch spring pan in round shape
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup floor
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 unsalted butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/4 tartar cream
Line the bottom and side lines of the pan with parchment paper and wrap the pan with foil sheet and pre heat the oven at 315 degree fahrenheight.
Now put the separate bowl and place the white of eggs in a mixing bowl and put the remaining yolks of egg in measuring cup.
Beat the eggs white until it takes foamy shape. And then add tarter cream in it until it start thicken. After this process add 1/4 cup of sugar. Then using a stand mixer and well beat and shake the mixer
Now take a separate bowl and then add cheese, cream and milk and then mix the whole mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. Then add sugar, lemon juice and butter and then again beat for one minute. Then add flour and cornstarch and then shake or beat for one more minute. And then at the end mix the yolk of eggs and again beat for one minute.
Then pour the whole mixture into the pan and smoothly spread the whole mixture in a balance form by using spatula. And the most important thing is to lifting and dropping g the pan on counter to remove air bubbles. And then put the pan in oven and bake the cake for 1 hour and 10 minutes. In the middle check the softness and cookness of cake by inserting toothpicks. And when tooth pick comes out clean and then bale the cake until brown up the top.
And then finally remove the cake from oven and let it cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour at least and then serve it while decorating with chocolate sauce, fruits and whipped cream etc.
